In-House Designers
Voler’s in-house designers are ready to make your jersey design come to life. You will be teamed up with a Designer that will take care of your art details from start to finish. We can accept your ideas from a rough sketch, or in a digital format from your own designer, and everything in between. Use the digital Templates to get started. Our all-inclusive pricing means that our art time is included in the price of your garments. Please be aware that as the manufacturer of your garments, the Voler logo will appear on the chest of your tops, and on the front of your bottoms.
Artwork and Logos
We will generate your art in Adobe Illustrator. Upload your concept, graphic files and logos to upload.voler.com. Make sure that your team or club name is entered on the web form. We will get back to you with a status on the files sent in and if we need additional or replacement files from you. Graphics sent to us in a vector format (Adobe Illustrator} or in a high resolution raster format (Photoshop) are necessary for your clothing to look its best. Often, jpegs or raster graphics will not reproduce well, depending on their resolution. Please note that website graphics are most often unusable. All text in Adobe Illustrator needs to be converted to outlines. Indicating Coated Pantone colors in Adobe Illustrator is best for specific color matching. Logos that need re-creating will be made with care, but can differ from the original. We have an extensive logo bank of cycling industry and national company logos. Your sponsors can also send us their logos directly by uploading to upload.voler.com.
Occasionally, your design may exceed the allotted time frame we have set aside for you. A $60.00 per-hour excessive art charge will begin after it has been discussed with you.
Voler exclusively uses digital printing. This offers you unlimited colors, clean photographic images and endless artistic options. Digital printing offers as much flexibility as possible in order to produce your design. We have fabric color swatches of our sublimated stock colors and solid Lycra colors that can be sent to you before you submit your art. You are not limited to these sublimated colors, they are examples of some colors.
Proofing
Our proofing process ensures that you will see every detail. The first round of proofs are sent to you via e-mail. When all the details are worked out, we will send you full-size fabric proofs for your approval. Fax or e-mail back our “Design Approval Sheet” when you are completely satisfied and your work is done!
