Voler Event Solutions eliminates the frustration of ordering products for an event by combining our standard pre-event ordering along with our risk-free print-on-demand jerseys. By making your event jerseys available before, during and after your event, you’ll save money by ordering only what you need and make money by selling unlimited products during and after your event - all in the right size with no excess inventory.

Getting Started

We begin with your artwork. You can either submit a completed design or if you need help, our design team can create a jersey perfect for your event. Artwork must be in a digital vector format. We will then create 3D sketches for your review, and once
approved, we are ready to begin the order process.

Pre-Event Ordering

In this scenario you place your order as usual by collecting orders directly from riders through registration. You can use either our free online ordering system with a link attached to your registration
form or you can take the orders and just send in a bulk order. The deadline is 4 weeks before you want them to ship.

Shipping: Bulk to You

If you are using our Online Ordering System for riders to place their jersey orders, it can be set up to consolidate the orders and ship directly to you before the event. There is a $1/jersey fee for this service. Each jersey will have the individuals names printed on the poly bag for easier reference, or you can choose to have the orders ship directly to the riders, who are responsible for any shipping charges during check out. Voler will handle all credit card transactions associated with the purchases and send a check to you after the order ships.

Shipping: Direct to Riders

We now offer on bulk orders not using our Ordering System, Shipping Fulllment. By uploading your roster into our system, we will handle direct shipments to riders, including exchanges and returns, for an additional at fee of $10.00 per jersey. Simple and easy.

No-Risk Virtual Ordering

Along with our standard pre-event ordering, you now have the ability to sell jerseys on-demand before, during, and after your event with our No-Risk Virtual Ordering. By keeping a link to purchase jerseys on your event site, participants are able to place an order weeks or even months after the event is over. When an order is placed, we produce a single pre-cut jersey which then ships directly to the rider in 5-7 business days. No excess inventory. No loss in sales.

No Minimum - Virtual Jersey Pricing and Royaltys 

Jerseys will sell for a minimum of $69.95, but can be higher if you like. Voler will then pay a royalty of 20% to your event. Shipping is built into the price and we will handle all exchanges and returns. (We recommend that jerseys ordered after the initial bulk order be sold at a higher price.)

• If you would prefer to only run the Virtual and not have to deal with any of the jersey sales, that won’t be a problem. We will handle everything for you. There are no minimums with this program.
