Voler handles all custom orders on a reservation system. You choose your desired ship week,and if that week has open space,you will be guaranteed that time for your order to ship. Your order,deposit and artwork will be due to Voler seven weeks before your ship week. You can reserve as many hold spaces as you would like,for new orders or re-orders.

The Online Ordering Store can be set-up for one group order using the Quick Order link or for individuals to place their own orders.
3. Throw a party
Try it on before you buy
We have complete kits available for your team to try on. Sizes can vary on styles and Voler is not responsible for choosing incorrect sizes. It is very important for individuals to try on the samples before making their purchase.

4. Shop

Enable your teammates to place and pay for their own orders using Voler's team ordering system,or to enter the entire order yourself.
5. Design
Work with our design team
You will be assigned an individual Voler designer to work directly with you during the art process. They will personally help and guide you through the process. From just a sketch on a napkin to full Vector files,they can take your ideas and create the exact design you are looking for.

6. Approve
Approve the full size color proofs that Voler sends you.
You will receive a PDF layup of your design during the first stage. After all changes have been made a final full sized print on fabric will be sent to you. This is the actual print,so colors and artwork will be exactly represented for your approval.
7. Receive
Your order will ship on time
Orders placed through the Online Ordering Store can be set to ship as one large order to the coordinator (these items will be packed per individual) or you can have them IndyShipped directly to each teammate.
