Official Arkansas Commuter

As most commuters know it can be hard to get respect from everyone we share the road with. Arkansas commuters can now wear this jersey and know (at least psychologically) they are recognized as by the state (of united bicyclists) as on official duty. If nothing else, we can nod/wave at our fellow "official" commuters as we pass on our way to work. In Cog We Trust.
