This stylish ultra bright HighVis Yellow Jacket will keep the wind at bay and give you confidence that you are seen, at the same time.  The super supple Micro Denier Polyester fabric feels great against the skin and is extremely light and compactable so it can be stowed in a jersey pocket when not in use.  Mesh vents along the sides and the back vent can be zipped closed for temperature control.  Handy zippered back pocket keeps your important items safe and secure.
