  1. Find a product you'd like to buy.
  2. Found what you wanted? Choose your size and/or color from the  description page.
  3. Next, type in the quantity you'd like.
  4. Then press the "Add to Cart" button.
    NOTE: You can remove an item or empty your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the "in your bag" link at the top of every page. Simply check the "Remove" check box next to the item(s) you'd like to delete.
  5. From the Shopping Cart you can click on the "Continue Shopping" lower navigation bar to continue shopping for additional products you need.
  6. To finish your order, click on the "Check Out" button and follow the instructions on the checkout pages.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal at this time.

Voler collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers' shopping experiences.  We place the utmost importance on the fact that we must maintain and use customer information responsibly. 

For each web visitor to our Web site, our server recognizes the domain name. We collect information on which pages consumers access or visit for the purpose of improving your shopping experience and making improvements to the site.

Orders placed on the Voler website are encrypted, and your credit card number cannot be read by a third party while in transit and will remain private and completely protected. We promise. Returns and Exchanges

Repairs and Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Voler garments for as long as possible.  If your zipper breaks we’ll replace it (with a new high quality YKK zipper) even if the jersey is ten years old.  Also, don’t forget our standard warranty is to fix any defects within a year of purchase; if you notice anything wrong with your order please let us know right away, we'll make it right.

Some of the common repairs we do are:

  • Replace or repair zippers
  • Fix torn seams
  • Darn minor holes/cuts

Typically we can repair you garment within a week of receiving it.  If you are unsure if your garment is repairable shoot us an email at repairs@voler.com with a picture of your garment and a description of the issue.  If you think we can repair one of your Voler garments please send it to us at:

Returns and Exchanges - Easy & Free!

Our Easy Return Policy allows you to return or exchange anything, for any reason, for 90 days from time of purchase, no questions asked. We pay the return postage and the exchange shipping is FREE if shipped standard ground within the U.S.  We even include a free postage-paid shipping label! (If shipping from an address outside the U.S., you will need to pay return postage.) 
PLEASE NOTE:  These shipping policies outlined above apply only to Voler Store products. Full-Custom and Semi-Custom products cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the product. (Please see **NOTE below).

There's no need to call us about an exchange or return... simply complete the Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice, marking the appropriate Reason Code. Return your clean, dry items in original packaging if possible (you can turn your bag from your original shipment inside out and use that as your return package.) Cut out the Return/Exchange Label at the top of the form and attach it to the package with clear tape.  Leave the package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail, at home or at work, or drop it off at any US Mailbox or Post Office. Your package will be returned to us via USPS 1st Class mail. PLEASE NOTE -- WE CANNOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES.

** Customized products ordered through the Semi-Custom Design Studio or Full Custom Department cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the products. Please note for Semi-Custom orders that we do e-mail both order confirmations and artwork proofs (physical proofs on fabric are available upon request) that require a customer approval before going into production. For Full-Custom orders, an email proof will be sent and once all details are finalized, then a full sized proof will be sent for your final approval. Sizing samples are available upon request for both Semi-Custom and Full-Custom orders.

Tracking Shipments

Voler.com offers a variety of shipment methods from USPS and UPS.

If your order was shipped via UPS you can track your shipment via the UPS tracking number. Tracking numbers can be found in ship confirmation e-mails where applicable.

Please click on the Account Admin link at the top of any page on the Voler.com site while you are logged in. This will guide you through your order history and provide the tracking number for your order. When you click on the tracking number you will link to the UPS site to find out the status of your shipment.

You may also call Customer Service at 1-800-644-4002 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Pacific time, or e-mail: Customer Service. Be sure to include your customer number and type "Tracking" as your subject.

Sizing Charts

Sizing charts are a helpful resource, providing guidance in selecting a garment size that offers the best fit. Please keep in mind however that the information is only a guidline to help in determining the best size to order that will provide the best fit possible. Because every person has unique proportions and fit preferences, these charts may not guarantee a perfect fit. With our FREE EXCHANGE policy, we make sure you end up with the right size, hassle free.

Please remember that all Semi Custom and Full Custom orders are FINAL SALE so sizing samples are available upon request. Contact the customer service department for assistance.

If you are new to cycling, please be aware that cycling apparel is intended to fit tighter than most other athletic clothing.

How to Find the Proper Fit

Know your measurements. If you are not sure, this is how you can find out.

  1. Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the chest or bust.
  2. Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.

Backorders

If a Backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay regular shipping on all shipments following the original order.

Sales Tax Rates

NO SALES TAX on orders shipped outside California or Washington!

We are required by law to collect 8.00% sales tax on all shipments within California.

We are required by law to collect 9.50% sales tax on all shipments within Washington.

Tracking Shipments

You may call Customer Service at 1-800-644-4002 Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Pacific time, or e-mail: Customer Service. Be sure to include your customer number and type "Tracking" as your subject.  Or, if your order was shipped via UPS, you can track it with the tracking number that you received in the shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Rates

The available ship methods for your specific order, as well as the shipping costs for each of these methods, will be displayed during order checkout and can be selected at that time. The confirmation of your actual shipping cost will take place before the order is submitted.

FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (U.S. addresses only. Not available on Semi Custom or Full Custom orders.)

Our Standard Shipping methods include USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground Delivery. The most appropriate method will automatically be selected by our shipping department based on your specific shipping address.

Store orders submitted by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be shipped the following business day.

Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of orders shipped within the Continental U.S..

Delivery of orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands could require up to 30 days.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for in stock items only, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Semi Custom Shipping
Due to the specialized nature of our Semi Custom products as well as the timeframe necessary for artwork approval and production, shipping methods for Semi Custom orders are limited to UPS Ground Delivery, UPS 2nd Business Day Delivery, and UPS Next Day Air Delivery. UPS rates vary based on the delivery address and zip code, the total weight of the package, and the delivery method selected on the order.

Canadian Shipping
Our prices are shown in U.S. Currency. All Canadian orders will be sent via U.S. Mail and a delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to the customs process. Shipping could require up to 30 days.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide.  Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Gift Certificates

Gift Certificate Redemption

Voler Gift Certificates are redeemable online or by phone. If you prefer to call us with your order, please call 800-644-4002 and give your gift certificate number(s) to our customer service person when placing your order. To redeem gift certificate(s) on the web, enter the gift certificate number(s) during order checkout. You may redeem up to five separate gift certificates per order.

Voler Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order total is less than the gift certificate value, the remaining balance will be retained on the same gift certificate number.

If you are the purchaser of the gift certificate you can print it yourself or e-mail it. If you don't already have a password, you must have set one up during the order checkout process on the web. You may also set a password up by contacting our customer service department. After a 24-hour processing period after submitting the order, on the following business day you can log in to your account on our website, then click on the "Gift Certificates" link at the left side of the page.
