Physical proofs on fabric are available upon request. Artwork proofs are sent by e-mail for all Full Custom orders. Gift Certificate Redemption
Voler Gift Certificates are redeemable online or by phone. If you prefer to call us with your order, please call 800-644-4002 and give your gift certificate number(s) to our customer service person when placing your order. To redeem gift certificate(s) on the web, enter the gift certificate number(s) during order checkout. You may redeem up to five separate gift certificates per order.
Voler Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order total is less than the gift certificate value, the remaining balance will be retained on the same gift certificate number.
If you are the purchaser of the gift certificate you can print it yourself or e-mail it. If you don't already have a password, you must have set one up during the order checkout process on the web. You may also set a password up by contacting our customer service department. After a 24-hour processing period after submitting the order, on the following business day you can log in to your account on our website, then click on the "Gift Certificates" link at the left side of the page.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay by check please contact us for more information. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal at this time.

Returns and Exchanges
Repairs and Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Voler garments for as long as possible. If your zipper breaks we’ll replace it (with a new high quality YKK zipper) even if the jersey is ten years old. Also, don’t forget our standard warranty is to fix any defects within a year of purchase; if you notice anything wrong with your order please let us know right away, we'll make it right.
Some of the common repairs we do are:
- Repair or replace broken zippers
- Fix unstitched or slightly torn seams
Typically we can repair your Voler garment within a week of receiving it. If you are not sure the garment can be repaired, feel free to send an email to us at email@example.com with a picture of the garment and a brief description of the needed repair. We'll respond to your inquiry within 72 hours. If you think we can repair your Voler garment, please send it to us with a note describing the repair needed as well as your contact information (Name, Return Address, Phone Number, Email Address) at this address:

Returns and Exchanges - Easy & Free!
Our Easy Return Policy allows you to return or exchange anything, for any reason, for 90 days from time of purchase, no questions asked. We pay the return postage and the exchange shipping is FREE if shipped standard ground within the U.S. We even include a free postage-paid shipping label! (If shipping from an address outside the U.S., you will need to pay return postage.)
PLEASE NOTE: These shipping policies outlined above apply only to Voler Store products. Full-Custom and Semi-Custom products cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the product. (Please see **NOTE below).
There is no need to call us about an exchange or return. Simply complete the Return/Exchange Form on the back of your invoice, marking the appropriate Reason Code, and return your clean, dry items in original packaging if possible. You can turn the shipping package from your original shipment inside out and use it for your return package. Cut out the Return/Exchange Label at the top of the form and attach it to the package with clear tape. Leave the package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail (at home or at work) or drop it off at any US Mailbox or Post Office. Your package will be returned to us via USPS 1st Class mail. PLEASE NOTE -- WE CANNOT ACCEPT C.O.D. DELIVERIES.

** Customized products ordered through the Semi-Custom Design Studio or Full Custom Department cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the products. Please note for Semi-Custom orders that we e-mail both the order confirmations and the artwork proofs (physical proofs on fabric are available upon request) that require a customer approval before going into production. For Full-Custom orders, an email proof will be sent. Once all details are finalized, a full sized proof will be sent for your final approval. Sizing samples are available upon request for both Semi-Custom and Full-Custom orders.
If a backorderd item causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay standard shipping on all shipments following the original order. Produce on demand items, that take up to seven business days to produce, are not considered backorders and may delay your shipment of other stock items.
Sales Tax Rates

We are required by law to collect 8.00% sales tax on all shipments within California.

FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more (U.S. addresses only. Not available on Semi Custom or Full Custom orders.)
Our Standard Shipping methods include USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground Delivery. The most appropriate method will automatically be selected by our shipping department based on your specific shipping address.
Store orders for stock products submitted by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Store orders for Produce on Demand products will be shipped within 7 business days after your credit card is processed and authorization to bill your card for the full amount of the invoice is approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of orders shipped within the Continental U.S.. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands may require up to 30 days for delivery.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for in stock items only, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Semi Custom Shipping
Due to the specialized nature of our Semi Custom products as well as the timeframe necessary for artwork approval and production, shipping methods for Semi Custom orders are limited to UPS Ground Delivery, UPS 2nd Business Day Delivery, and UPS Next Day Air Delivery. UPS rates vary based on the delivery address and zip code, the total weight of the package, and the delivery method selected on the order.
Our prices are shown in U.S. Currency. All Canadian orders will be sent via U.S. Mail and a delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to the customs process. Shipping could require up to 30 days.

Sizing / Fit
When ordering any garment online, it is important to keep in mind that sizing charts only provide limited guidance in selecting a size that offers the best fit possible. Each one of us have unique proportions and fit preferences that we should also consider when making decisions about the best size to order. Unfortunately, since this is information not typically found in standard size charts, it is impossible to guarantee the perfect fit.

How to Find the Proper Fit
Know your measurements. If you are not sure, use a flexible measuring tape and perform the following measurements. Measurements should be taken close to the body, not over loose clothes.
Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the chest or bust.
Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.
