*Customized products ordered through the Semi-Custom Design Studio or Full Custom Department cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the products. Please note that artwork proofs are sent by e-mail for all Semi-Custom orders and require customer approval before receiving an order confirmation or proceeding to production. Physical proofs on fabric are available upon request. Artwork proofs are sent by e-mail for all Full Custom orders. Once all details are worked out, full sized proofs are sent for final approval before production begins. Sizing samples are available upon request for Semi Custom and Full Custom orders.
Gift Certificate Redemption
Voler Gift Certificates are redeemable online or by phone. If you prefer to call us with your order, please call 800-644-4002 and give your gift certificate number(s) to our customer service person when placing your order. To redeem gift certificate(s) on the web, enter the gift certificate number(s) during order checkout. You may redeem up to five separate gift certificates per order.
Voler Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If your order total is less than the gift certificate value, the remaining balance will be retained on the same gift certificate number.
If you are the purchaser of the gift certificate you can print it yourself or e-mail it. If you don't already have a password, you must have set one up during the order checkout process on the web. You may also set a password up by contacting our customer service department. After a 24-hour processing period after submitting the order, on the following business day you can log in to your account on our website, then click on the "Gift Certificates" link at the left side of the page.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay by check please contact us for more information. Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal at this time.
When Your Credit Card is Charged
At the time you check out and receive your order confirmation, authorization to charge the full amount of your purchase will take place on the credit card entered during checkout.
At the time we ship your order from our warehouse in Grover Beach, California, the authorized credit card will be charged for the full amount due on your order.
If you use a debit card to pay for your purchase, please note that the authorization of your debit card will actually result in a temporary debit being applied to your account. Please contact your debit card issuer with any questions or concerns you may have pertaining to the use of debit cards for online transactions.

Returns and Exchanges
Repairs and Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your Voler garments for as long as possible. If your zipper breaks we’ll replace it (with a new high quality YKK zipper) even if the jersey is ten years old. Also, don’t forget our standard warranty is to fix any defects within a year of purchase; if you notice anything wrong with your order please let us know right away, we'll make it right.
Some of the common repairs we do are:
- Repair or replace broken zippers
- Fix unstitched or slightly torn seams
Typically we can repair your Voler garment within a week of receiving it. If you are not sure the garment can be repaired, feel free to send an email to us at email@example.com with a picture of the garment and a brief description of the needed repair. We'll respond to your inquiry within 72 hours. If you think we can repair your Voler garment, please send it to us with a note describing the repair needed as well as your contact information (Name, Return Address, Phone Number, Email Address) at this address:

Returns and Exchanges - Easy & Free!
Most non customized orders qualify for our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy which allows returns and exchanges* for any reason, within 90 days, no questions asked. There is no need to call us about an exchange or return, but you are welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-599-7264 to expedite the process if needed. Non-returnable items include any customized items (semi custom and full custom), grab bags, and outlet store and closeout items.
* Return & Exchange Policy only applies to orders from the Voler Store, including items produced on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following item types:
- Wholesale orders
- Items marked as closeout on our online store
- Non stock items sold through our outlet store
- Semi Custom and Full Custom Apparel are also non-returnable due to the specialized nature of the product.
To Return a Voler Store purchase use the free postage paid shippinglabel / return form to return items via standard ground within the U.S. If shipping from an address outside the U.S. you will need to pay return postage. To return your item, simply complete the Return & Exchange Form (included in your shipment), marking the appropriate Reason Code. Pack your clean, dry items in original packaging if possible (You can turn the shipping package from your original shipment inside out and use it for your return package). Then apply the Return/Exchange Label to the package with clear tape and you are done! Leave the package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail (at home or at work) or drop it off at any US Mailbox or Post Office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for us to process your return.

Where We Ship
The Voler Store currently only ships to the USA (including Guam, Puerto Rico, US Military bases) and Canada.
If a backorderd item causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pay standard shipping on all shipments following the original order. Produce on demand items, that take up to seven business days to produce, are not considered backorders and may delay your shipment of other stock items.
Sales Tax Rates

We are required by law to collect 8.00% sales tax on all shipments within California.
We are required by law to collect 9.50% sales tax on all shipments within Washington.

Shipping methods available for your specific order as well as the costs associated with each of these methods will be displayed during checkout at which time you may select the method that best fits your needs. Confirmation of your actual shipping cost will happen before your order is submitted.

Our Standard Shipping methods include USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground Delivery. The most appropriate method will automatically be selected by our shipping department based on your specific shipping address.
Store orders for stock products submitted by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Store orders for Produce on Demand products will be shipped within 7 business days after your credit card is processed and authorization to bill your card for the full amount of the invoice is approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of orders shipped within the Continental U.S.. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands may require up to 30 days for delivery.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time on a Wednesday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
UPS Next Day Delivery (Saturday deliveries not available.)
UPS Next Day Delivery rates vary based on the delivery address and zip code as well as the total weight of the package. Orders placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for in stock items only, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Our prices are shown in U.S. Currency. All Canadian orders will be sent via U.S. Mail and a delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to the customs process. Shipping could require up to 30 days.

Care, Sizing, and Fit
Please find below few notes and indications which can be useful for the use of cycling garments and their maintenance. Remember that like every kind of clothing, cycling equipment is not made to last forever. However, by following a few simple but essential guidelines, you can extend your garment’s lifespan.
Never use creams, embrocation liquids and products for warming up (winter) or sun protection (summer) under the garments made with elastic fibers. These products contains chemicals which lead to quick fiber deterioration for all fabrics made with elastane / spandex.
After each ride, hang the garments in a well-ventilated environment or wash them immediately. Do not hang the garments in the direct sunlight. Never store damp clothes in a non-ventilated environment (e.g. plastic bags, sport bag, suitcase, etc.).
If your body has a tendency to sweat a lot, water-rinse the garments after each use to protect the fibers from bacterial attacks which might lead to fabric deterioration.
Washing a garment means putting stress on fabric and seams! Therefore, wash cycling garments separately from other clothes/accessories to prevent friction. Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside).
Machine-wash is possible but always use a wash bag, a delicate cycle and lukewarm water (max. 30° C). Do not use bleachers and/or softeners. Use a mild liquid detergent only. Do not soak, wring or rub. Do not spin after washing. To remove excess water from your garment gently squeeze by hand. Dry garments flat or hanging, but do not tumble dry.
Fabric pilling does not occur by itself. It always is the result of abrasion. For this reason we suggest you following:
- Do not use embroidered saddles.
- Make sure the Velcro fastener of the saddle pocket does not touch the shorts. Saddle designs which expose the top part of your seat post do cause 'touching' and lead to piling.
- Do not wash your shorts or jerseys together with gloves, bags, rain jackets, etc. because of the Velcro straps!
Sweat is toxic. On some individuals it's more, on others it's less. The phenomenon occurs because of bacterial attack. Due to their performance nature the fabrics are delicate and deterioration eventually might occur. In order to minimize this problem, we recommend you water rinse the garment after each ride. Also, never store the garment moist or in a closed environment like a plastic bag.
When ordering any garment online, it is important to keep in mind that sizing charts only provide limited guidance in selecting a size that offers the best fit possible. Each one of us have unique proportions and fit preferences that we should also consider when making decisions about the best size to order. Unfortunately, since this is information not typically found in standard size charts, it is impossible to guarantee the perfect fit.
While sizing charts may not guarantee the perfect fit, our FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE policy will help ensure you end up with the right size, hassle free.

How to Find the Proper Fit
Know your measurements. If you are not sure, use a flexible measuring tape and perform the following measurements. Measurements should be taken close to the body, not over loose clothes.
- Chest: Measure at the fullest part of the chest or bust.
- Waist: Measure circumference at the narrowest part.
- Hips: Measure at the fullest point, standing with feet together
