Voler handles all custom orders on a reservation system and the first step in the process is to choose your desired order shipping week. If that week has availability you will be guaranteed a date for your order to ship. Your finalized order and preliminary design materials will be due to Voler approximately 6-7 weeks before your shipping week. You can reserve as many reservation dates as you would like and re-orders only have a 4 week turnaround when reserved in advance. Read about what's new for 2015.

Voler's Team Store's are the easiest and fastest way for your organization to have each individual place and pay for their orders online. We can even ship directly to each individual. We take pride in having the best online ordering experience and best of all we don't charge extra for it.

You as the team coordinator choose what style of products and options to offer your team; there is even a membership and roster system to keep track of individuals placing their orders.

We have complete kits available for your team to try on. Sizes can vary by style and body type & Voler is not responsible for incorrectly ordered sizes. It is very important for individuals to try on the samples before making their purchase.

Now that your Team Store has been created and you've had a chance to try on the garments. Just send the private link out to your teammates. They will then log on, create an account, and place their own order. Each item on the store has complete descriptions on fit, fabrics and options. Online Store Details

You will be assigned an individual Voler designer to work directly with you during the art process. They will personally help and guide you through the process. From just a sketch on a napkin to full Vector files, they can take your ideas and create the exact design you are looking for. We create each design from scratch and do not re-use the same templates.

Design Approval

You will receive a PDF layup of your design during the first stage. After all changes have been made, a final full sized print on fabric will be sent to you. This is the actual print, so colors and artwork will be exactly represented for your approval.
Now your order will be ready to ship in 3 weeks after art approval.

More About Design

Orders placed through your Team Store can be set to ship as one large order to the coordinator (these items will be packed per individual) or you can have them IndiShipped directly to each teammate.
